Other Abstract	编者注：力学研究所流固耦合系统力学重点实验室（LMFS）的高福平研究团队针对随机波浪诱导的海床孔隙水压这个影响海洋工程结构安全问题，开展了大型流固土耦合波流水槽模型试验和理论表征研究，他们提出了“瞬态孔压响应谱”新概念，揭示了随机波浪载荷下的海床瞬态孔压响应规律。该项研究得到了国家杰出青年科学基金的支持，研究结果发表在海洋工程领域的核心期刊Ocean Engineering，2023，279：114490。本刊邀请相关作者撰写了科普文章，以飨读者。
