Abstract环境温度对传感器的性能有影响,尤其是对气流式倾角传感器,由于敏感丝感受的是流场的变化,温度漂移更突出.该文根据气流式倾角传感器的敏感机理,利用粘性流体运动的相似理论,设计了一个补偿电路,该电路通过改变传感器内部热源的温度,使密闭腔内的流动在环境温度变化时保持流动相似,从而达到减少温度漂移的目的.试验结果表明,加上补偿电路后,电桥输出的温度漂移减少超过70%,此电路可减少环境温度对传感器性能的影响.
