Abstract针对超燃冲压发动机燃烧室隔热涂层结构的可靠性问题,建立了陶瓷面层-粘接层-基体薄/厚板体系的多层连续介质模型。基于结构稳态传热状态计算了隔热涂层体系的变形场和应力场,计算了涂层中典型裂纹扩展的能量释放率,并分析了结构几何参数变化对陶瓷面层-粘接层界面应力的影响规律。
