Alternative TitleAll-solid-state extracavity double-frequency laser for 355 nm UV source

Abstract为保证高输出功率前提下获得高光束质量的1064和532 nm激光共向输出,实验中,首先采用主振荡功率放大器系统有效地控制基频光束质量,获得平均功率为70 W、重复频率为10 kHz、脉宽为60 ns和光束质量因子M2约为3.9的1064 nm基频激光;接着利用二级放大器,获得平均功率为182.9 W,脉宽为80 ns的1064nm激光。然后,采用KTP晶体腔外倍频技术保证了基频和倍频激光同时、共向输出,最终获得了平均功率为65.7 W、脉宽约为60 ns的532 nm绿光,相应的倍频效率为35.9%。通过有效措施,绿光的光束质量因子M2约控制在6,为开展355 nm紫外激光研究奠定了良好的基础。
Other AbstractThe purpose of this study is to ensure high output power and high beam quality of 1 064 nm and 532 nm laser collinear output.Firstly,the beam quality of 1 064 nm laser fundamental frequency was effectively controlled by using a master oscillator and power amplifier(MOPA),to achieve maximum average power of 70 W,repetition rate of 10 kHz,pulse width of 60 ns,and beam quality factor M2 of 3.9.Then using two power amplifiers,a 1 064 nm beam with average output power of 182.9 W and pulse width of 80 ns was generated.Finally,by extra-cavity double-frequency generation with a KTP crystal,which ensures that fundamental laser and double-frequency laser are isochronous and collinear,a green laser at 532 nm with average power of 65.7 W and pulse width of about 60 ns was obtained.The corresponding frequency-doubling efficiency is 35.9%,and green beam quality M2 is controlled at 6
