Abstract本发明公布了一种适合流化床垃圾焚烧炉系统烟气处理的工艺,具体为:将垃圾焚烧炉产生的烟气导向高温换热面,使烟气温度降到 450℃~600℃,进而将烟气导入一中温分离器,使烟气中的飞灰沉降 80%以上;在烟道中喷射碱性粉末物质;进一步将烟气导向低温换热面继续换热;低温烟气通过循环流化床干法增湿脱酸塔来脱除烟气中的酸性气体;将烟气导入低温一电场静电除尘器,来分离碱性粉末物质;将烟气最后导入布袋除尘器来脱除剩余的颗粒物。本发明中将大部分飞灰在高温和中温段分离,处理过程简单。将500℃以下的尾气置于碱性保护气氛中可抑制二噁英类再合成;并增加一级低温一电场静电除尘器实现碱性物质的后段有效分离,减轻布袋除尘器的负荷。
