Abstract本发明公开一种分段高温燃烧循环流化床系统及燃烧方法,该系统和方法采用分段燃烧技术,沿炉膛高度方向分三段,包括下部内循环流化床燃烧段、中部高温悬浮燃烧段、上部降温段,将粒径较大的燃料(煤或有机废弃物)送入下部内循环流化床燃烧段燃烧,该段燃烧温度保持在800-900℃,粒径较小的煤送入炉膛中部高温燃烧,该段燃烧温度保持在1000-1300℃,炉膛上部布置屏式受热面,炉膛出口温度为800-900℃。本发明高温分段燃烧系统可以燃烧煤、有机废弃物,还可进行煤气化,不仅可提高燃烧效率或气化效率,还可解决有机废弃物燃烧过程中二噁英等有害物排放问题,具有非常广阔的的应用前景。
