Abstract本发明涉及无携带气体纳/微米粒度粉体均匀定量送粉方法和装置,该方法首先选择与基体材料相同的管线材料,把需要送粉材料填入管线内;将填满粉体的管线安在供丝装置上,通过步进电机转速来控制管线移动速度,使管线端头对准等离子体射流高温核心或金属表面熔池,再采用等离子体射流工艺,进行材料表面熔敷处理,在点火期间启动步进电机定量均匀送粉。该装置包括底盘上固定定位轴滑道;程控电机和控制器通过导线联结;激振仪转轴和底盘连接;送丝主动论装在程控步进电机轴上,压紧弹簧安在送丝主动论轴与丝从动论的轴上,定位轴的顶部安装导向轮,下部插装在定位轴滑道中用定位栓固定;等离子体发生器安置在底盘的前方,等离子体发生器的下方安置被处理基底。
