Abstract本实用新型涉及一种用于增强裂解有机废弃物的等离子体裂解炉。该等离子体炉包括炉体,炉膛壁上设有进料口和等离子体炬,炉膛壁底部设有出渣口,炉膛壁顶部设有排气口,等离子体炬安装在转动装置上或炉膛壁上,炉壁上还至少设有一个进气口3,进气口3通过带有控制阀的管道与气瓶连通。等离子体增强裂解有机废弃物的方法包括将固态、半固态、液态或气态的有机废弃物经前处理后,在本实用新型的等离子体炉中高温裂解,然后将裂解气体净化后二次燃烧,或是将裂解气体二次燃烧后再进行后处理净化。本装置对原料的成分没有严格要求,因而使设备的利用率大幅度提高,降低生产成本。该等离子体炉能连续24小时持续运行或间断运行,可根据要求自行选择。
