Abstract本发明公开了一种致试样细晶化的高压扭转实验方法,包括如下步骤:1)在压力机的上、下压头上分别安装圆柱状上、下砧头,上、下砧头之一可轴向转动,上、下砧头的端部经过毛化处理;2)在上、下砧头上套装有侧环,侧环与上、下砧头之间为零间隙配合;3)待处理试样放置在侧环内,上、下砧头之间,待测试样的直径与侧环的内径相同;4)压力机向待测试样施加1~9GPa的垂直压力,然后保持不变,并转动可旋转的砧头0.1~10圈。本发明侧环和砧头之间的配合设计成零间隙配合,承受压力P时砧头的直径变粗,它们之间的配合将变成过盈配合,这样试样材料在变形过程中很难从砧头和侧环的接触面之间挤出,保证了试样的厚度不会变化。
