Other AbstractIn this paper, Bingham-Plastic model is employed to give the relation between stress and strain,and simplified equations of fluid mud motion under long wave and current are presented by order analysis. The simplified equations are non-linear ordinary differential equations which can be solved by hybrid Numerical-Analytical technique. And the computational coat is very low. The effects of the shear stress acting on the fluid mud bed,wave amplitude,wave-length,the depth of fluid mud layer and bulk density of fluid mud on the fluid mud transportation are discussed. Under the condition of wave and current coexistence, the fluid mud can move toward one direction even if the shear stress acting on the fluid mud bed is smaller than fluid mud yield stress.
