纤维表面粗糙度对复合材料力学性能的影响

Abstract针对具有纤维交叉排列结构的复合材料系统,建立改进的剪滞模型研究界面改性过程中纤维表面粗糙度对复合材料内部应力传输及其整体刚度的影响。考虑纤维和基体间为理想界面,并以弹性方式传递应力。由计算结果发现界面剪应力将随粗糙度增加而减小,从而使界面更为安全,而纤维应力基本不受粗糙度影响。同时复合材料刚度随粗糙度增加而增大,体现了纤维表面物理改性对材料整体性能的增强效果。
