有限梯度层滑动热接触的研究

Abstract本文主要研究了有限厚度的梯度薄层的滑动热接触问题,刚性的平压头在梯度膜层上以速度V 缓慢匀速滑动(从而忽略动态效应,考虑成稳态热力学问题分析)。由于接触摩擦的影响,压头和膜层表面会产生热场,假定产生的热量与接触压应力、摩擦系数以及摩擦速度成正比。利用传递矩阵和Fourier 变化,得到Cauchy 奇异积分方程,通过数值求解,得出摩擦速度、摩擦系数、膜层厚度等参数对表面接触应力、平面内应力以及应力强度因子的影响。结果表明:改变这些参数能够有效地提高膜层的抗磨损性能。
