Abstract生物大分子间反应可分为二维和三维反应。根据描述二维反应动力学的概率动力学模型,可以设计实验来测定分子间二维反应动力学,例如微吸管实验(Micropipette)、光镊(Optical Trap)实验、原子力显微镜(AFM)实验等;上述方法较复杂,难以掌握,一般只用于实验室研究。基于表面等离子体共振技术的生物传感器[2-4]是成熟的、商业化测定三维反应动力学方法,这种方法比较简单,易于掌握,
