减压直流电弧等离子体发生器内的流动与传热数值模拟研究

Abstract本文采用磁流体动力学模型,对具有中间段和突阔阳极的非转移直流电弧等离子体发生器内部流场进行了数值模拟研究。通过对Fluent 商业软件二次开发,耦合迭代求解流体力学方程组和电磁场方程组,得到了0.1atm 气压下发生器内部氩等离子体的温度场和速度场分布。模拟计算结果表明,等离子体的最高温度出现在阴极尖端电弧区内。速度场在中间段中未发展充分,其最大值出现在中间段出口处。同时,在突阔阳极出口处存在较大的回流区域。
