Abstract分析了吸收球罐内部流动生成的过程及主要特性,为了便于数值模拟,对吸收球罐的结构进行了适当简化。数值结果表明阀球受力主要来自球罐内部压力梯度引起球面压力分布变化。球罐两端连接管路的长度对阀球受力过程产生影响,阀球受力变化梯度随管路长度增大而减小。阀球位置向上移动,受力变化梯度增大,且稳定流态下受力更大。
