Abstract

针对高超声速飞行器尖前缘高热流的热防护问题,本文提出了钝头体驻点溢流降热的新防热方式,并通过改造现有的爆轰驱动激波风洞完成了溢流降低前缘热流试验。通过实验得出溢流实验需要一定的平衡时间,一般大于常规激波管的持续运行时间,而激波风洞的运行时间能够满足需求;钝头体前缘溢流能有效降热,并发现溢流降热效果存在流量的极值点,小于该流量时,降热效果明显,整体降热效果基本与流量呈正相关,大于该流量时,呈现降热率不变或者不稳定状态;热流降热在不同的状态下存在一定的极值,其中最大降热效果在P0=7.5bar,T0=2850K,出口马赫数为6 的激波风洞试验中,在流量为0.04g/s 情况下热流降低基本达到100%,小于该流量情况下溢流也有很好的降热效果。
