Abstract纳米科学技术是20世纪80年代末期兴起的新科技,其涵义是在纳米尺度(1nm~100nm)上认识和改造自然。纳米材料和技术是纳米科技领域最富有活力、研究内涵十分丰富的科学分支。从纳米科技诞生开始,人们就开始探索用各种手段制备各种材料的纳米颗粒粉体,合成块体(包括薄膜)。SPD法是一种力致材料纳米化的方法。利用剧烈塑性变形方式,在较低温度下(<0.4Tm)使常规块体材料粗晶整体细化为大角晶界纳米晶,无结构相变与成分改变。现
