Abstract乙烯是裂解反应过程中的中间产品,计算结果表明:乙烯产率随反应时间变化,在最佳反应时间,产率最高。裂解反应温度愈高,峰值产率愈高,同时最佳反应时间亦愈短。现有竖管式裂解炉工艺难以满足提高乙烯产率并降低成本的要求。文中介绍了几种激波控制加热新方法及其优缺点。简要描述了我们目前正在研究中的多级串联超声速混合加热方法和反向混合加热方法。
