Abstract针对极端自然灾害频发的严峻形势,国际科学联盟(ICSU)启动了灾害风险综合研究计划(IRDR)。本文用非平稳随机过程理论,研究气候变化条件下热带气旋活动长期发展趋势;用运动波和1+2维耦合动力波理论分析洪水产生与演进,启示流域中期治理策略;用水土相互作用模型获得滑坡、决堤灾害发生的条件,探讨临近预报途径。通过上述典型水文气象灾害案例分析,展示了环境力学的综合研究在减轻自然灾害风险中可能发挥的作用。
