Abstract垂直沉积法自组装胶体晶体是一种简单、经济,膜厚可控的制备光子晶体的方法。这种自组装方法实际上是一种由液体蒸发诱导的自组装。由于在蒸发过程中液体逐渐渗入多孔薄膜内部,液体表面张力及毛细力对微粒的挤压作用使得多孔薄膜产生较大的应力,从而不可避免地产生裂纹。这是限制垂直沉积法应用的主要问题。为了进一步了解垂直沉积法中裂纹的产生机理,本文对这一过程中裂纹的产生进行了实时观测。更进一步地,本文通过不同粒径薄膜裂纹间距的变化研究了干燥薄膜的剪切模量问题。
