快速减压过程中液滴闪蒸/冻结现象实验研究

Abstract采用快速减压方式实验研究了蒸馏水单液滴闪蒸/冻结现象。实验观察到的液滴闪蒸/冻结形态可以划分为稳定冻结、冰粒破裂、冰里迸碎和冰粒爆裂等4类,液滴状态演化过程包括蒸发降温、核化、再辉升温、恒温冻结和升华降温等阶段。实验结果表明:核化时间一般随系统终态压力降低而减小,但显示出明显的随机性;核化温度与过冷度受核化时间直接影响,核化时间越短,核化温度越高,液滴过冷度越小;冻结温度和过冷度的平均值分别约为-1℃和l0℃,与系统终态压力、液滴初始尺寸和核化时间等无关:冻结时间由系统终态压力和液滴初始尺寸所决定。
