低温液体在节流过程中的空化现象数值模拟

Abstract采用标准k-ε湍流模型和完全空化模型,对低温液体流经不同结构的孔板节流元件发生的空化现象进行数值模拟研究,得到了流场中的压力和空化区的分布规律。计算结果表明:低温液体流经节流件后形成了一定分布形式的低压区,其位置和大小与节流件的结构有关;在平衡整流的作用下,多孔节流件后形成的低压区最小,流场恢复最快,低温液体产生空化的程度也最小。这些结果说明当节流件用于低温液体流量测量时,多孔平衡结构有着
