Abstract本文从Boltzmann方程出发,推导了描述低温非平衡等离子体流动的控制方程组。该方程组考虑了平动非平衡、化学非平衡及磁场对带电粒子输运过程的影响。并利用已有Chapman-Enskog展开结果,给出了通量和物性参数的具体表达形式。在此基础之上,基于SIMPLEC算法,对GEC-CCP发生器内氩气的流动和放电过程进行了数值模拟。研究表明,该模型能较好地描述等离子体实际流动和放电过程,合理的选择物性参数和物理化学机理是正确模拟非平衡等离子体流动的基础。
