Abstract当管道尺度小至微纳米量级,与壁面双电层厚度接近时,会产生与宏观流动不同的现象,例如离子的耗散和富集[1]就是微纳复合管道流动显现的一种特有现象。此效应,可使蛋白样品富集倍率达106以上,因此在芯片实验室中可用于痕量样品的提纯、分离或是混合等。
