多孔陶瓷在热震下周期裂纹形成机理和数值研究

Abstract本文通过对陶瓷薄片热震后裂纹深度、密度的观测和基于最小能量原理的计算,得到了热震之后裂纹数目和长度的变化,进而解释了陶瓷热震后残余强度与裂纹之间的相互关系。分析显示在大于临界热震温差(△Tc)的一段温度范围内,裂纹密度、长裂纹深度和密度都在逐渐增加;在裂纹深度和密度的共同作用下,试样残余强度在大于临界热震温差的一段温度内保持在同一水平上。本结果有助于进一步了解陶瓷的热震行为。
