表层梯度硬化材料的接触疲劳模型分析

Abstract以GH4269喷丸缺口试样为研究对象,将其梯度硬化层设想为多层的均质层,对于每一层均质层运用Basquin公式,并结合梯度硬化层的硬度、模量和残余应力的梯度分布特征,对含表面梯度硬化层的缺口样品的疲劳寿命分布及裂纹起源位置进行数值分析。分析结果表明:表面硬化会增加零件的疲劳寿命。硬化层厚度变化会改变裂纹起源位置。存在临界厚度,当硬化层厚度小于临界厚度,裂纹起源于硬化层与基体的界面。否则,起源于表面。硬
