Abstract从连续介质力学出发,考虑影响表面能改变的物理机制,研究面纳米薄膜结构在不同环境温度和加载条件下的热弹性振动规律,探讨表/界面应力和残余应力对振动响应的影响。上述研究对了解纳米薄膜材料的热-力学行为具有重要的理论意义和广阔的应用前景。
