利用光镊技术研究力作用下P-selectin/PSGL-1键的解离

Abstract采用光镊技术研究力作用下P-selectin/PSGL-1键的解离,得到了在较小的加载率(<25 pN/s)下键解离的断裂力分布,发现键的最可几断裂力随加载率增加而增加;测量了较低的力范围(<30 pN)内P-selectin/PSGL-1键解离的寿命,发现键的寿命随作用力增加而下降,呈现一个从"滑移键"到"逆锁键"的过渡相.研究结论深化了力作用下受体/配体键的认识.
