液-固旋流器分离过程的数值模拟

航空煤油在使用过程中,要求洁净度高、无机械杂质等有害物质。探讨了旋流器用于煤油-杂质二相分离情况,对煤油-杂质在液-固旋流器内的分离过程进行了数值模拟,并研究了杂质粒径、入口处理量对分离效率的影响。计算结果表明:旋流器底流口阀门在适当时间内开启和关闭,可以避免被分离出的杂质再次污染液体和防止液体的流失;当杂质粒径大于一定值时,才能被有效地分离;旋流器的处理量存在着较优区间。这些结果可为旋流器在实际工程应用中的操作提供指导。
