烧结矿抗压及跌落强度试验研究

Abstract烧结矿制备及冷却是钢铁行业的重要工艺过程,烧结矿抗压和高位跌落强度是影响烧结矿成品率的重要参数。以烧结矿为试验样品,获取了烧结矿抗压和跌落强度。研究结果表明,对于试验样品烧结矿来说,20~30mm粒度烧结矿平均抗压强度为5.02MPa;500~700℃高温烧结矿2m高位跌落产生的10mm以下粒度的烧结矿最高增加2.70%,5mm以下粒度的烧结矿最高增加1.11%。
