Abstract采用造孔剂方法,制备羟基磷灰石-聚二甲基硅氧烷(HA-PDMS)弹性多孔细胞支架,并将大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(rBMSCs)接种到材料上,研究细胞的黏附状态。制备的弹性材料孔隙率可调,调节范围为62% ~76%。采用不同造孔剂(NaCl、石蜡),可制备出不同孔型(方形、圆形)的材料。三维支架孔内壁在SBF溶液中能够长出羟基磷灰石(HA)晶体,表明其具有良好的生物相容性,且支持rBMSCs的黏附铺展。
