Abstract超高周疲劳是指载荷循环周次在108及其以上时合金材料或结构的疲劳损伤和破坏.对于相对较低的循环载荷,材料疲劳裂纹萌生的位置往往由试样表面转入试样内部,形成所谓的鱼眼特征,且裂纹萌生的时间逐步延长.在测定GCr15钢疲劳S-N曲线的基础上,对试样的断口进行了光学和SEM观察,并对断口的特征参量进行了测量.观测表明,暗区边界为裂纹萌生与扩展的分界,在暗区内部,裂纹萌生主要受到局域应力的控制而形成表面粗糙的特征;暗区之外,裂纹受到远场应力的控制,主要是长裂纹扩展的阶段.给出暗区内部裂纹萌生几种可能的过程.
