Abstract本发明公开了一种发动机燃油喷嘴包括:喷油嘴本体,在该喷油嘴本体上开设有喷油孔,所述喷油孔的纵截面轮廓线满足如下条件,(x-Xo)2+(y-Yo)2-R2=0。本发明采用变直径的喷油孔结构,相对于目前常规的等直径喷油孔结构,能够提高发动机燃油喷射时的流动及雾化性能,继而改善发动机的燃油经济性和排放性能。通过数值计算发现,在相同的条件下,中部收缩型的喷嘴在喷孔出口的空穴气泡含量比直孔气泡含量大40%左右,这样会使得出口燃油扰动加剧,有利于提高燃油一次雾化效果。中部扩张型喷孔,相同条件下的流量系数会比直孔的流量系数提高10%左右;而渐缩型喷孔相对于直孔,具有较高的保压性能,出口的能量提高20%左右。
