铝合金激光-MIG复合焊中两种焊接方向对焊缝的影响

Abstract以高铁用6N01铝合金为试验材料,采用激光-MIG复合焊接方法,进行了焊接工艺试验,对两种不同的焊接方向进行了对比研究。对比分析了不同焊接方向下,焊缝形貌的变化、焊缝硬度和组织的改变;对两种条件下的焊缝进行了拉伸强度测试;经过X射线探伤,讨论了不同的焊接方向对气孔数量和分布的影响。结果表明不同焊接方向下焊缝的成形、熔合区的晶粒生长取向、气孔分布不同,而硬度和拉伸强度差别不大。
