退火温度对异步轧制30Mn-3Si-3Al TWIP钢力学性能的影响

Abstract采用异步轧制的工艺,使Fe-30Mn-3Si-3Al的TWIP钢获得2种厚度(0.5mm和1mm)1μm左右的超细晶组织样品.经过不同温度退火后进行力学性能和微观组织的测试.通过EBSD对试样拉伸前后的组织进行了分析,拉伸前基体UFG晶粒和部分再结晶晶粒呈层片状交替分布,拉伸后再结晶晶粒被显著拉长.软(部分再结晶晶粒)硬(UFG晶粒)相是造成强度和塑性优良匹配的主要原因.
