等离子体电解氧化技术在气吸式马铃薯排种器中的应用

Abstract装备气吸式排种器的马铃薯播种机作业速度高,株距均匀性好。为了提高气吸排种器配气阀的气密性、耐磨性,采用等离子体电解氧化(PEO)技术在表面生成陶瓷层,达到密封、抗磨损、耐腐蚀的目的。在给定的工艺条件下,PEO处理后获得的涂层的厚度为73 mum,显微硬度为959.4 HV0.025。对比摩擦磨损试验结果表明,PEO涂层可以显著提高6061铝合金的耐磨性能。经气吸式马铃薯排种器试验台累计150 h运转试验后,装备经PEO处理后的配气阀,播种机的重漏播率无明显变化,播种质量稳定。
Other AbstractPotato planter with the vacuum seed meter has high working speed and good spacing uniformity. To improve the air tightness and wear resistance of the valves on the seed meter,the plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO) experiment was carried out on the valve surface to obtain ceramic films. Under the given process parameters,the thickness of the ceramic film is 73 mum,and the micro hardness is 959.4 HV0.025. The friction-wear test proves that the wear-resisting property of the PEO coating on 6061aluminum alloy is improved visibly. After running for 150 hours,the repeated sowing rate and miss sowing rate of the vacuum seed meter have no significant change,and the sowing quality is stable.
