Abstract基础科学是人类认识客观世界基本规律的知识体系,这样的知识体系是技术创新、技术革命的先导、源泉和培养创新性人才的摇篮,也是提高原始性创新能力的重要途径。没有基础科学研究的突破,就不会有技术的划时代发展。我国要跻身世界科技强国、建设创新型国家,必须拥有充足的基础科学研究成果和大批高水平的创新人才。
