不同基板对羟基磷灰石生长的影响

Abstract人体骨骼的主要成分是羟基磷灰石(HAP)。本文通过共混制备聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)/HAP和PDMS/生物玻璃复合材料作为生长基板,模拟体液(SBF)做生长溶液,研究了不同基板上HAP的生长。研究发现HAP晶体在PDMS复合材料上比在生物玻璃上生长更快,尺寸更大。
