复杂流道液体真空排放中的气液两相流态模拟实验

Abstract针对月球表面部分重力、高真空环境液体排放需求,按照Bond数相似准则,采用内径3.5 mm、长350 mm的透明有机玻璃管弯制成具有3个弯头(弯曲半径约13.5~17.5 mm)、一端开口的复杂流道,在地面环境模拟了月面环境复杂管路系统中液体排放过程特征。实验表明,真空环境复杂管道内液体排放过程可以划分为初始状态段、快速减压段、液体排放段、残液排放段和闪蒸终止段5个阶段,各阶段特征可用于更为精细的模型构建,以及相关应用技术验证与性能预测。
