加工方法对超高模聚乙烯纤维增强复合材料力学性能的影响

Abstract本文研究了高压水切割、硬质合金刀片切割和普通机械锯切割等加工方法对超高模聚乙烯纤维增强环氧复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:高压水切割加工方法对材料性能的影响最小;是理想的加工方法;机械锯加工使材料切面受损伤且影响邻近区域的性质;因此力学性能有所劣化;不宜于加工此类耐热性差的材料;硬质合金刀片加工对性能的影响居中;加工方法比水切割方法经济;同时对激光加工作了初步分析。
