激光熔覆的闭环控制方法

Abstract本发明公开了一种激光熔覆的闭环控制方法,包括如下步骤:激光熔覆过程中使用两个测温区域不同的测温仪固定在激光器上,随激光器一起运动,并同时对准激光加热中心位置,实时测得两个不同区域内的平均温度Ti、Tn作为指示信号,当激光器运动前方出现特定尺寸范围内的孔洞时,根据指示信号的变化,实时减小激光功率,避免出现孔洞边缘温度过高而引起的塌边等缺陷。之后当激光器离开孔洞范围时,重新调整激光功率,恢复正常的激光熔覆过程。本发明在表面有孔洞的零件上进行激光熔覆,可以避免出现孔洞边缘温度过高而引起的塌边等缺陷,并且不需要进行复杂的轨迹规划。该方法能有效提高激光熔覆工艺质量并且能降低制造难度和成本。
