Abstract集力学加载、原位培养、荧光检测方法和技术为一体的细胞-分子层次动力学实时原位测试系统,获取有关力学信号在细胞内的传递和转导、细胞骨架和胞内信号分子的结构变化、以及蛋白质相互作用与组装过程的动力学行为等实验数据,主要技术指标: 405nm固体激光器,30mW;Ar 激光 (458nm, 488nm, 514nm), 25mW; HeNe 激光543nm, 1mW; HeNe激光594nm 2 mW;HeNe 激光 633nm, 5mW。可实现对常用的生物学染料/荧光蛋白的激发。微管可吸吮细胞/脂滴的几何尺度为0.5-20 mm(见附图);微管吸吮的负压经高度尺测量为0至-150.03 mm H2O(精度可达0.01 mm H2O);直线注射泵(PHD2000,Havard)流量范围为1.3′10-9至15 ml/min(控制精度±0.5%);经五边形模式化PDMS基底拉伸实验,动态应变幅值范围达到20%、静态应变幅值达到50%
