Abstract本发明提供了一种微量风洞天平,包括:一个变截面异形梁、一个底座,所述变截面异形梁为L型,分为水平横梁和立梁,水平横梁端部具有模型安装定位端面及尖状突起,用来安装固定气动力测试模型,水平横梁和立梁上开有若干槽口作为应变测量区域;所述异形梁的立梁底端固定于所述底座上。本发明针对稀薄气体风洞环境的微力测量,设计了一种微量风洞天平以及测试原理。该天平主体弹性元件由变截面异形梁构成,采用高灵敏度应变测试技术,可以测量弹性元件若干区域的应变;通过反演计算可获得mN量级的气动阻力、升力和偏航力,及相应量级的俯仰力矩、偏航力矩和滚转力矩,共计六个分量。
