Abstract本发明提供了一种分辨力为微牛级的半椭球型射频离子微推力器,包括:电离室、射频天线、进气系统、屏蔽罩、离子光学系统、电缆夹头;所述电离室为半椭球形,电离室入口连接进气系统,出口连接所述离子光学系统;所述屏蔽罩位于电离室外面;射频天线通上射频电流,用于在所述电离室内产生涡流电场,所述电缆夹头固定在所述屏蔽罩上。本发明具有下列技术效果:1、电离室设计成半椭球形,有效降低离子生成能;2、射频天线绕制在半椭球形电离室外侧,采用LC谐振及调频技术实现阻抗匹配;3、设计前置气体分配器,相较于后置气体分配器,可有效提高气体电离效率及等离子体均匀度。
