Abstract本发明实施例涉及一种齿底疲劳裂纹超声波检测装置,包括:样品台底座(1)、微型调速电机(2)、多个可伸缩三爪弹簧夹臂(3)、超声波检测探头(4)和超声波探伤仪(5),以及待测环形带齿部件(6);其中,所述微型调速电机(2)的一端固定于所述样品台底座(1)上,所述微型调速电机(2)的另一端与多个所述可伸缩三爪弹簧夹臂(3)连接,在多个所述可伸缩三爪弹簧夹臂(3)中的一个上设置有超声波检测探头(4),所述超声波检测探头(4)的一端与所述超声波探伤仪(5)连接,多个所述可伸缩三爪弹簧夹臂(3)将所述待测环形带齿部件(6)固定,所述样品台底座(1)为铝合金材料;对于环形带齿部件齿底疲劳裂纹能够快速、精确地确定齿底疲劳裂纹大小,可实现现场迅速准确检测。
