Abstract 本发明公开了一种力学模态可调的多用途旋转生物培养器,培养器安装在由支撑底座和传动系统支撑的旋转支架上,旋转支架安装在传动系统的主动轴和从动轴上,电机驱动同步带动主动轴与从动轴共同支撑旋转支架旋转。该旋转培养器基于二氧化碳孵箱运行,能够利用旋转支架和培养器的不同安装方式调节多种力学加载模态并通过转速设置定量控制培养器细胞培养基底的离心力水平,同时可利用修饰细胞培养基底硬度和微结构等方法调节细胞生长环境的物理性质。根据设定的条件可实现对细胞等研究对象的单项或复合力学加载,可用于不同重力水平生物学效应模拟和细胞粘附等生物力学研究。
