Abstract	本文分析了大功率流动CO_2激光器输出窗口的热应力破坏问题。结果表明最主要的破坏原因是窗口内表面被微小杂质玷污造成膜层破坏和局部加热而引起的热应力。如果在设计及工艺上设法解决这个问题,窗口寿命可望显著提高。
