小型等离子体风洞材料烧蚀行为研究

Abstract利用150kW小型直流电弧等离子体风洞,产生总温2300K,马赫数1.4的高温高速有氧气流,对铌基难熔合金、三元陶瓷、三维编织C/SiC陶瓷以及超高温复合陶瓷进行了驻点烧蚀实验,获得了不同材料烧蚀量随时间的变化规律。实验结果表明,抗氧化涂层能有效缓解热防护材料在高温有氧环境下的烧蚀;高热导率材料有利于降低材料迎风面和背风面温度梯度,提高其耐烧蚀性能。
