| Abstract | 通过实验研究了超稠油(在20oC下,密度为860 kg/m3,黏度为1680 mPa.s)、水两相在45o倾斜管中流动的流型和两相压降变化规律。倾斜实验段管线由内径50 mm的透明有机玻璃管组成,向上倾斜管段长为4.5 m。通过实验给出了不同入口条件下实验管段的流型图和两相压降图。结果表明:超稠油水两相在管道中流动流型与低黏度比下的流型具有一定的差异,特别在低入口水相流量下,管道内出现了壁面附着一层油膜而管内部为油水相互掺混流动的流型;油水两相压降随着入口含油率的增加而增加,但在较高入口含油率区域,两相压降出现了一个峰值和峰谷的演变过程。 |
