Abstract活塞是内燃机的高热负荷零部件,能否有效地评估其热强度已成为制约研发高可靠性发动机的瓶颈因素之一。针对活塞实机工况热负荷损伤特点,利用激光时空分布可控性特性,设计了活塞激光热负荷试验平台。该系统能仿真受热构件特定的温度分布和波动,评估受热构件的热强度,为受热构件结构的优化、材料的选材提供指导。
